An inspiring anthology celebrating women who embrace their identities, reclaim their voices, and lead with courage, compassion, and purpose. In her chapter, “Eyes Smile Too,” Ronnie reflects on a lifelong journey of seeing the potential in others, believing in their abilities, and helping them recognize their own worth. From her early experiences serving others to military leadership and transformational coaching, she shares how compassion, encouragement, and accountability can help people discover strengths they may not see in themselves.

Through her experiences, she shares how faith became her anchor and how true strength came not from enduring everything alone, but from surrendering control and trusting God's presence.
