I’m Veronica “Ronnie” Soria, Marine Corps veteran, learning and development strategist and transformation + leadership coach.

 

With 20 years in the United States Marine Corps and another 20 years in federal service, I’ve spent my life developing people, leading teams, and shaping learning cultures. Those experiences formed the foundation of my work today as a Veteran Leadership Coach, Identity-Based Leadership Coach, and Career & Life Transformation Coach.

 

What I learned is simple but profound: Titles don’t create leaders. Identity does. When who you are aligns with how you lead, transformation becomes possible – in work, home, and everyday life.

 

My coaching is deeply personal because I have lived the same identity work I now guide others through. Through intentional counseling, coaching, and inner healing, I learned to embrace life’s duality — strength and softness, discipline and compassion, authority and humility. Integrating these truths allowed me to reconcile the many roles I hold: Marine, leader, mother, coach, woman of faith.

 

That integration is the foundation of my coaching approach and the heart of whole-person leadership development.
